We're building the companies that help business owners, creators, and independent artists get funded, get filmed, and get famous in their space. If that sounds like the kind of thing you want your hands on, keep scrolling. We've got four roles open — and we'd rather hire great people than fill a job description.
Realityshow.com is a reality-TV-style content studio for business owners, creators, and brands. We film, cut, and distribute real stories — staff features, customer stories, behind-the-scenes footage, casting-style episodes — that make our clients the recognizable face of their space.
Think of it as the Food Network for every industry. If there's a dentist, contractor, coach, or indie brand out there doing real work, our job is to make them famous for it.
Visit Realityshow.com ↗ArtistsUpNext is how we're changing the way independent musicians grow. The old model said you needed a label. The new truth is: you need a brand. We take indie artists from "kid with a SoundCloud" to a real brand — with fans, merch, a community, and a visual identity people recognize.
It's a full brand-building engine for artists who want to stay independent but grow like a label act. One of the most interesting music projects on the internet, and we're just getting started.
Visit ArtistsUpNext.com ↗You're the kind of person who sees a blank canvas and already knows what belongs on it. You get genuinely excited about branding, visual storytelling, and making ordinary things look and feel expensive. You're the one people send when they want something to actually look good — not just "good enough."
We're looking for someone who thinks in moodboards, speaks in references ("think this meets that"), and can take a half-formed idea from a client or artist and turn it into a real look, a real campaign, a full episode of content. If you've ever rewatched a commercial just to study the edit, this is probably you.
You love the chase, you love the close, and — most importantly — you love the person on the other end of the call. You're not a pushy salesperson. You're a strategic one who actually listens, understands what someone is trying to build, and helps them see how our companies can get them there.
We need someone who can build rapport in thirty seconds, ask the right questions, design custom offers on the fly, and close deals ranging from four to six figures. You'll be talking to business owners, artists, and creators with real money and real ambitions — the ability to meet people where they are is non-negotiable.
You know how to get people's attention. You've pitched a reporter, landed a feature, maybe ghostwritten a bio or two. You read three newsletters before breakfast and you know who's writing about what, where. You're the person who makes things known.
We're hiring someone to turn our clients into stories — real press, real features, real podcasts, real coverage. Knowing the outlets is half the job; the other half is being the kind of person editors actually want to pick up a call from. If you've got a rolodex and the guts to use it, come talk to us.
You believe that access to capital is the single biggest thing separating the people who make it from the people who don't. You want to be on the right side of that equation. You understand how consumer financing works, you're patient with applicants, and you genuinely want to see creators and business owners get their first real check.
This is the role where you walk applicants through our funding partners (FlexxBuy, CopeCart, and others we're adding), help them prep their application the right way, and follow up until they're approved and funded — or routed to a better option. If you've worked in lending, finance, loan processing, or just have a knack for navigating money-related paperwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Our clients are people on their way up — and some of them are already there. You'll be on calls and shoots with high net worth business owners, up-and-coming public figures, and a few folks who are going to be household names in their space within the next year.
Fair warning: if you get starstruck easily, this probably isn't the job for you. We need people who can treat every person in the room like a regular human being — because to us, they are. Keeping it professional and keeping it cool is part of the work. Bring the vibe, leave the fandom at the door.
The upside is real, though. You'll get reps working alongside people who are actually doing the things most folks only read about. If you can stay calm in that room, you get to stay in that room.
We hire people who are excited about the work — not people padding their resume. If anything you just read felt like it was written about you, pick the role and send it in. We read every application.
